Some questions in Unity #14

Hello. When I clone the Custom folder into unity/Assets/ and import UnityStandardAssets, I also have problem " Assets\SampleScenes\Scripts\ParticleSceneControls.cs(6,27): error CS0234: The type or namespace name 'Effects' does not exist in the namespace 'UnityStandardAssets' (are you missing an assembly reference?) " Can you help me to slove this problem?

Could you tell me the unity version? My code doesn't have anything related to particles.

The unity version I used is 2019.4.20f1c1.
