Hello,

I am attempting to use run_patchcore.py to train on a custom dataset, and am getting the error after training and attempting t compute evaluation metrics"Only one class present in y_true when attempting to compute evaluation metrics. ROC AUC score is not defined in that case."

My dataset is structured as follows:

• Dataset       -train             -good                   -1.jpg                   -2.jpg                   ...       -test             -bad                   -a.jpg                   -b.jpg                   -c.jpg             -good                   -x.jpg                   -y.jpg                   -z.jpg       -ground_truth             -bad                   -a.jpg                   -b.jpg                   -c.jpg

I am not sure what could be causing this, as this is working on an identically structured dataset modified from MVTec; any help would be appreciated.
