No modul named 'refer' #18

Excellent work, thank you for the open source! But I meet with some problems. I have done 'Run "make" before using the code. It will generate _mask.c and _mask.so in external/ folder.' But, I have a problem "No modul named 'refer'".

Hi, can you try adding 'refer' to your python path?
