The loss_tracker_center drops just a little. #24

I have trained the siammot model on the crowdhuman dataset using the loaded weight of "frcnn_dla34.pth". The loss_tracker_center drops just a little, from 0.493 to 0.465.

The loss for tracker_center usually does not drop much, the values you provide looks normal to me.
