Describe the bug java.io.IOException: Duplicate accept detected. This is a known OS bug. Please consider reporting that you are affected: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1924298

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Use a /aws/service/ecs/optimized-ami/amazon-linux-2023/recommended for container instance of a ECS cluster
  2. The ECS cluster runs a Java spring boot ECR image

Expected behavior We used the /aws/service/ecs/optimized-ami/amazon-linux/recommended previously and never got this.
