[Package Request] - Update python-poetry-core to a newer version #669

What package is missing from Amazon Linux 2023? Please describe and include package name. python-poetry-core

Is this an update to existing package or new package request? An update to an existing packege. python-poetry-core-1.0.7-2.amzn2023.0.1 was added in Amazon Linux 2023.4.20240319, which is great, but inexplicably it's an old version - 1.0.7 dates back to October 2021. There have been a lot of fixes and improvement since then - for example, Python 3.11 support was only added in 1.3.0.

Is this package available in Amazon Linux 2? If it is available via external sources such as EPEL, please specify. Unknown.

Any additional information you'd like to include. (use-cases, etc) The available version is too old to be useful. The latest release at time of writing is 1.9.0, but at a minimum I'd like to see 1.8.0, which added support for Python 3.12.

Newer versions expand dependencies pretty decently, so that's the reason.
