[Package Request] - ntfsprogs #709

What package is missing from Amazon Linux 2023? Please describe and include package name.

Reference: ntfsprogs Linux man page: https://linux.die.net/man/8/ntfsprogs "ntfsprogs is a suite of NTFS utilities based around a shared library. The tools are available for free and come with full source code."

Is this an update to existing package or new package request? This is a new package request.

Is this package available in Amazon Linux 2? If it is available via external sources such as EPEL, please specify. ntfsprogs is an EPEL repository package, which was previously installable with amazon-linux-extras in AL2.

Any additional information you'd like to include. (use-cases, etc) Used for running tools such as ntfsfix to repair corrupted NTFS directories in a Linux runtime environment.

To set expectations, we do not have any plans to support NTFS in Amazon Linux, so this is quite likely a WONTFIX.
