[Package Request] - aws-nitro-enclaves-cli 1.3.0 #714

It would be great if aws-nitro-enclaves-cli RPM package would be upgraded to 1.3.0.

aws-nitro-enclaves-cli brings a lot of important changes such as support for Docker 25+: https://github.com/aws/aws-nitro-enclaves-cli/releases/tag/v1.3.0

At the moment of writing Amazon Linux 2023 contains both Docker 25 and aws-nitro-enclaves-cli 1.2.3 (fails with Docker 25): https://docs.aws.amazon.com/linux/al2023/release-notes/all-packages-AL2023.3.html
