Change 260 rdfs:labels for Agent and Location to foaf:name #1

On second thought, maybe it's correct to use rdfs:label, since these are primarily placeholder entities awaiting reconciliation. Thoughts?

Looking into this question, I am noticing an inconsistency. We used bf:agent and bf:Agent with bib:AuthorActivity, but that should be bib:AuthorActivity - bib:hasAgent - foaf:Agent, right?
