Annotate Record #2

I created a record. Then I like to annotate it according to the documentation (p. 19) with the following parameters: webapi: https://amber0.ddns.net/webapi/profile/annotaterecord from-address:14YKEXnGeC7T9qA8XmeZXoFStuGrGFXx16 stream-txid:22c29b08c2ba5202e5c4f26755df66eb16befa0b5239593b14445aef052df873 encrypted-data:encrypteddata

The error is: <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 3.2 Final//EN">

404 Not Found

Not Found

The requested URL was not found on the server. If you entered the URL manually please check your spelling and try again.

I think I believe the issue is that the above command is in the blockchain, but it doesn't have a corresponding webapi
