[Library] .NET 5 Ambient Weather Library #39

Hello,

I've seen a couple of other people ask if they could have their own libraries added to the Ambient Weather API documentation over at Apiary Docs and I was wondering if it would be alright if I did the same.

I wrote a .NET 5 library for retrieving information from the Ambient Weather service, which can be found here: https://github.com/ChaseDRedmon/Cirrus

Could the library be added to the documentation with the other libraries that are listed there?
