Add flashloader binary and axf file to fix make flash error

@SandyYeow May I know which sdk you took the flashloader from? git trunk or ambd_sdk? Can you provide the first 6 alphabet or digit of the git trunk SHA you reference on?

the flashloader axf is prebuild and get from ambd_sdk. The SHA is be74426.
