Testing upcoming release on Windows #93

Spent time testing on Windows. Most seem to work fine, but I notice two issues:

Binaural decoder does not seem to work properly, and when attempting to change HRTF profiles there is not much noticeable difference
Mono decoder: When åaying with the interaction circle in the interface not much seem to happen. Operating the saliders work as expected.

I have to test further back on macOS , but assume to see the same there.
