Diametric & traveling coefficients #99

Add diametric coefficient method(s).

This will be useful for soundfield synthesis from analysis.

Consider the relation to FoaMFreqOsc the FOA monofrequent soundfield generator.

Include traveling coefficients, too.

We may need a new class, rather than placing these in HoaOrder.
