Update Directory Structure to 'Base Functions' and 'Abstractions' instead of 'Advanced' and 'Standard'.

Add, Alter, Profile Extract, Segment/Trait documentation and other base functions are documented as Base Functions.

All getters/setters are documented as Abstrations.
