Issue: Documentation for #60

Add documentation for new RAS capabilities and other enhancements implemented in #60
Add pyRACF version number to sidebar so that it is clear what version of pyRACF the documentation is for.
Update Just The Docs and Mermaid.JS version.
Organize documentation in common into three categories: class_attributes, exceptions, and misc
Small tweaks, wording changes, and grammar fixes.
