Placing an image #122

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Leave the mouse cursor in a random position on the page
2. Select place an image
3. Choose the image file and insert it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to be able to move the inserted image around and change its size to 
fit the space where I want to insert it. Instead it just sticks it statically 
to the point where my mouse cursor was positioned and doesn't let me touch it 
or move it anymore!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Version 0.0.6 on Mac OSX version 10.6.7

This is not the behavior that I see on 0.0.6 in 10.5.11 G5 or 10.7 core i7
