Copy/Paste doesn't exist #61

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Copy / Paste doesn't exist

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To select a text block, copy it, paste it. I can select a text block but
cannot copy / paste.

If I use the default font, I rarely need to do this. But if I'd like to use a
non-default font, I need
to reselect the font every time I start a new text block.

I suppose a work-around might be to give me a default font preference.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- 0.0.4
- Mac OS X 10.5.4

Please provide any additional information below.

you can set the default font by choosing a font when the arrow tool is chosen
and no text boxes are being
edited. does that help?

by the way, if you look at the tips you get when you launch the app, that's one
of them.

Another potentially useful thing: If you have an object select, you can hold
down option and then drag it to drag
a copy. This is a useful way to duplicate objects.

I was just wishing for copy&paste -- I need a set of text boxes duplicated
across many pages. I was hoping not to have to type them all.

Anyone know how to paste? I've tried pasting text into a signature line----no
go (?)
