android prakriyA app #115

vidyut prakriyA output would be very useful offline (eg. in the midst of vAkyArtha sabhAs or kAlaxepas). no fancy ui needed. dict files not practical due to huge size

Agreed it would be useful. Realistically I don't see myself working on this due to time constraints, plus I want vidyut to focus on being a core library.

I'm happy to support others who want to build this, e.g. by support a webapp like ashtadhyayi.com with WebAssembly or supporting a native Android build with specific bindings. If you or someone you know wants to pursue either of these routes, feel free to open a new issue.

Would be good to add some new label like helpneeded or projectidea and link https://github.com/ambuda-org/vidyut/labels/helpneeded to readme so that interested people can find it and pick such up as per interest.
