short explanation for each sUtra #116

would be nice to have some small explanation besides the sUtra, number and link. Example see stuff in () below:

Good suggestion! the Vidyullekha UI is just a demo for the underlying engine, so I don't plan to put much more work into it. I think this would be a good suggestion for @neeleshb for integrating on ashtadhyayi.com
