The following forms should also be generated for टुओँश्वि (01.1165) dhatu in lit lakara:

शिश्वियतुः
शिश्वियुः
शिश्वियथुः
शिश्विय
शिश्वियिव
शिश्वियिम

The issue was that 6.1.30 was placed after 6.1.15 (वचिस्वपि...) so it had no scope to act. Reordering the rule fixes the issue. I've also added a test for 6.1.30 to catch this.
