Write pre-print for RAGVar

I am co-authoring a white paper with David Beaumont on the product of the MLxAI code-a-thon - RAGVar. This is a potentially useful bit of software that we want to write a little bit of a paper on to serve as a demonstration of our initial work. We also want to turn this into a preprint to potentially reach a wider audience and hopefully kick off opportunities for further development.
