1 year ago - Extended SCUBA methods to support anndata objects.
- Added a detailed README with instructions on installation and use of the package.
- Removed methods such as assay_names and reduction_names, that were neither applicable to anndata nor essential to SCUBA.
- Removed scaffolding .R, .Rmd files created during the initial planning phase.
