Assay keys not being removed from features when plotting #175

When creating feature plots from the reference object, the default titles for the plot did not remove the assay key, and they did not add a human-readable suffix at the end.

The issue is being observed on all plots that involve features, except violin plots.

Human readable names now display properly on feature plots and scatterplots. It will be slightly more difficult to change the feature names on dot plots, but it should be doable. While investigating this, #51 could also be fixed.

As of b2c1396, the assay key is properly removed from all plots.
