For the dataset setup vignette, the rendering process used by pkgdown::build_articles() (called by pkgdown::build_site()), behaves differently from the process used by R Markdown.
The following differences lead to the failure of document components to render as intended on the pkgdown site:

tags, whether created via #### or a HTML
are converted to
tags when the pkgdown article is rendered. If an
tag within a div element is created via ####, the div containing it will not be created. This causes the .callout elements with "Note" headings to not render properly at all. This was fixed by converting #### to the raw HTML
. The tags are still converted to
tags, but the parent div elements are preserved. The callout classes generated via SASS have been modified to apply to h5 as well as h4 elements.

tags created via #### will have any classes applied to them erased upon rendering, which caused issues with the .card-title elements in the Rmd. Using raw html
tags with a class attribute fixes the issue.
