2 months ago - In the config app, a field was added for descriptions of metadata variables. This information is displayed in the auto-generated object dictionary.
- Cards are displayed for each metadata variable in the app. The display name of the variable as defined in the config app is shown, along with the description entered by the user.
- The dataset description defined in the config app is now displayed in the object dictionary.
- The scDE package was added to DESCRIPTION.
- Fixed a bug where the app crashed when objects with extensions in title case were provided (ex. .Rds instead of .rds). The app now ignores case in file extensions.
- Improved error handling with RDS file import: the specific error message is now printed alongside suggestions to fix the error. This change was prompted by an unanticipated error that was not properly explained by the error message added in the TryCatch statement.
