The current ADT thresholding interface does not display thresholds to end users, which impedes reproducible research by introducing undocumented methods.
The thresholds are stored in the config file, and these can be added to the auto-generated object dictionary if present. For extra credit, we can also include ridge plots split by cluster, with a vertical line drawn at each threshold.
