Redirect to Evernote #7

Add on click events to the google charts that redirect to evernote.

x=wordstring

n=notebookguid

t=tagguid

Might need to send evernote auth as a cookie

redirects work but are currently interfering with one another because of their current abstraction. So far solution is to only display one chart.

Now there are two charts but have duplicated the pie chart creation code. Probably due to variable name conflict

Also haven't yet set up redirects for words in word cloud to evernote as a search
