Fix autoClose and scroll on print #44

autoClose should not apply to printing while not drawing, otherwise annotations are opened after printing and leaves the chart in an unexpected state.

The scroll position should be restored after a print, otherwise the user could easily get lost when they're back at the top of the page after printing.

Thank you very much for your pull request and bringing these issues to our attention. Those issues will be fixed within the next release.
