Recipe creation form

There needs to be a form to fill in the blanks to save information about a custom beer recipe. This form will let you create a new recipe or edit an existing one. This form will locally save to the phone so when the app is closed and restarted the users recipe can be loaded on startup.

I have a skeleton version of this implemented.

Things that should be added:

• Toolbar with links
  • Back button
  • My Recipes button
• CSS styling
• Dynamically adds fields once you fill one out:
  • ex. Only one text entry field will show for fermentables, hops, ect. Once you fill one out another text entry field will appear under it so user may add more to the list.
