This PR is about fetching and displaying the proper information depending on if the user is of type "Company" or "Public". It also depends on which page they are on. "Landing" for available properties or "My Properties" to browse their own properties.

Real time changes are implemented meaning if you change a value in firebase the change is immediately reflected in the UI.
