Dear Bernhard, We have observed serious regressions with fftw-3.3.9 for certain Multi-threaded test runs. We are working with FFTW maintainers to address these before we could merge fftw-3.39 with amd-fftw.

Reference MIT 3.3.10 is merged with amd-fftw (AOCL-FFTW) v3.2. Closing this pull request.
