SmartThings Integration #14

As someone who uses SmartThings and Motion Notify I want Motion Notify to integrate with the SmartThings API so that SmartThings can notify me and carry out automations when motion starts and stops.

Integrating Motion Notify with IFTTT using a custom recipe and integrating IFTTT with SmartThings would probably must easier but there might be some delays.
