Clicking on logo results in blank page #54

Clicking on the logo in the top left (i.e. going to the default route /#) results in a blank page. This should go to the default browsing page or some other sensible page instead.

This seems to work fine now: /#! redirects to /#!/browse as expected. I don't think I changed anything to make that happen... maybe it was some AngularJS upgrade that fixed it.
