It uses a javascript function to get the next page, which I don't know how to get to work with this script as I don't have much experience with js and webdesign.

I have added the page in my fork of the script, available on https://openuserjs.org/scripts/anka-213/Webcomic_Reader and https://github.com/anka-213/webcomic_reader/raw/master/webcomic_reader.user.js.
