Add a function to convert cm to meters #18

Description

Add cmToMeters function to the calculator.js
Use that function in app.js to demo it
Run the tests to make sure nothing breaks

first we would input a number from the user in cm and by dividing it by 100 we would get the final answer in metres

Hey @rebelfire888 sorry to say that I created this issue in the repo for one of my students, can you please pick some other issue from some other repository I own.

Too many people working on this at the same time - I've added a PR, and in the time it took to clone and add the code, other people have worked on the repo!
