Control Key not work as "enter function" aix/linux #308

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Whenever I go to menu, I cannot get beyond this w/o using the control key to 
enter

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I go to next page, once i go into menu cannot go beyond this point.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.4.0.2, windows 7
