Hide all menu keys- with command line switch - Kiosk Mode #311

Need to be able to hide all menu keys from command line. Used for a 
kiosk/secure mode environment where a script will launch the executable and 
pass the server on command line. Having no menu keys means the user cannot 
breakout of the session.
