No longer able to send blank lines in multi-session mode via Commands interface #355

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open two (or more) Putty windows, configure them in split screen mode to
allow commands to be sent to both.
2. Send a test command to show that commands are in fact being sent to both
windows.
3. Press enter, or click the green check mark, while in the Commands field, and
nothing (nor any blank line) will be sent.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There should be a blank line sent to each terminal in the split-screen mode
when enter by itself or the green check is pressed. What happens? Nothing,
unfortunately.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
This issue was introduced in version 1.4.0.4, and is not present in 1.4.0.3.
Running on Windows XP, Vista, 7, etc.

Please provide any additional information below.

Suggestion: Revert the behavior for handling enter/blank lines to the previous
behavior (sending blank lines to each session), and provide a configuration
option that will allow users to disable sending blank lines if they do not wish
to do so.
