Macro System with hotkeys and/or toolbar buttons #387

I would like to see a macro system. These are the features I would like it to 
have:

-Be able to 'run' a macro from a global key stroke combo
-Be able to 'run' a macro from a toolbar button
-Maybe integrate macro system with Command system (such that you could use the 
same dialog to select which windows the macro will run in)
-Macro editing system (perhaps just a text box with commands in it)
-Ability to include pauses in a macro

For example, I would like to be able to add 3-4 or so buttons on my toolbar 
that each run 3-4 commands when I click on them.
