Complete rewrite of grammar

Fixes issues #2, as well as implementing #1 (nested comments) properly.

3 is not yet fully resolved.

Features removed:

• keyEquivalent
  • Unsure why there was a key for toggling syntax.
• Annotations
  • D's equivalent is attributes.
• Anonymous classes
  • No such thing in D, only exists in Java
• Extends / implements
  • To be implemented in future updates with D's ':' syntax.
• Keywords
  • instanceof

Among the new changes implemented:

Classes

• Structs, interfaces, unions, and templates
  • Parsed identically to classes. Most features (constructors, members, etc) are now highlighted properly.

    Functions

• Contracts (pre / post conditions)
• Attributes (see below)
• Parameters

  Testing

• Unittests
• Assertions

  Types

• Array types (int[])
• Type qualifiers (const(int), shared(Foo))

  Constants and strings

• Binary integers, proper parsing for hex / decimal, ints / floats
• Primitives (uint, string, size_t, wchar, etc.)
• Char constants ('a', '\n')
• Raw strings (r"foobar(.)")

  Comments

• Nested comments now nest properly. Recursion taken from section 12.3 of the TextMate documentation.

  Modules

• Module declaration fixed (module instead of package)
• Imports (also scoped and static imports)
  • Import names given support scope

    Attributes

• User-defined attributes '@foo', pure, nothrow, etc.
  • Given storage.modifier scope

    Keywords

• is
• override, nothrow, pure
• scope
• cast
• inout, const, immutable, shared, __gshared
• auto
• deprecated
• mixin

  Tested

Tested with the seti-syntax+, the solarized-dark, the atom-light, the atom-dark themes.
