Image upload, seeding categories & products doesn't work in heroku, but yes in localhost

Everything works as it should in localhost. But once, it is deployed to heroku the followings are not performed:

• No seeding for product, either categories.
• Becasuse above, there is not any category in sidebar.
• Image upload doesn't work in this production enviroment, but it works perfectly in my localhost.

I noted that in your heroku deployment same thing happends

So. Could you please address or show what can be in order to fix it?

BTW. I've already invested a whole week trying to figure it out, but it seems to be out of my mind. Thank you very much.
