Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Particularly for source nodes, it'd be nice to add links to the text

Describe the solution you'd like

• paste link on text to create linked text
• node doesn't have any rich text toolbar, so doesn't take extra space up
• details pane does have rich text toolbar
• can rich text support hover-for-clarification-text?
  • maybe hypothes.is can be added as a plugin or something?

Technical ideas There are a bunch of rich text editors out there, but Facebook's currently-experimental rich text editor seems really good! https://github.com/facebook/lexical.

Issues run into:

• lexical generally has very poor documentation and seems not ready for usage without going through library code and asking questions
• tiptap seems further along and maybe preferable, better docs, though lexical seems like it'd be better if it were further along
• putting the rich text editor into the small node size will likely be problematic for floating text e.g.: but using a rich text editor with only shortcuts seems fine for short-term, as advanced users would still be able to present optimally-formatted text to others

Think this solution is not the right one:

• the main goal is for sources to have a clickable URL, with UI to add a URL to one
• I actually think rich text in other nodes is undesirable - links shouldn't be added to other nodes, emphasis (bold/italics/underline) should not be in nodes because they should be low-bias (emphasis should be via scores)
• what made me think of this is that such a complex set of code probably will hurt performance with a ton of nodes on screen

Going forward, I think that:

• rich text can be used in topic description and node notes (and for comments), so at least that code doesn't need to be trashed; created #397
• we can just add a URL for source nodes (above notes in the details pane), and if there's a URL, the source node text turns into a hyperlink when not being edited; created #398
