Describe your issue

When nodes are filled with color, indicators feel a little awkward.

What feels awkward:

details indicator is white when it's not active, but content indicators are filled by default
content indicators are filled by default, but some use score colors
- if the score is - or 5, it feels a little awkward that that's white instead of matching the indicator default
