Highlight disagreed-upon claims from topic diagram

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Sometimes, solutions may be disagreed-upon at their core by one claim that's hidden away in a claim view. If scores from different perspectives are vastly different, they should be emphasized from the topic diagram, so it's easy to focus the discussion on the right thing.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Maybe there could be a "flame" or "yin yang" indicator. Or the claim indicator or score itself could have a flame surrounding it?
• could rely on #417
• could also calculate deviation and convert to a 1-9 score, so reds are disagree and blues are agree

Additional context could also be nice to separately allow highlighting scores that agree

Technical ideas

Thinking maybe a "mark contested scores" button that adds some mark to each graph part being disagreed-upon, and that goes away when the part is selected (or explicitly "resolve contested mark" or something).
