Add full link to SaltGenResource.py #8

This update sets the link to the SaltGenResource.py script as an absolute link.

When served up on this URL: https://resources.rundeck.com/plugins/salt-resource-model-source/ it does not point to the right location so the link shows as broken.

Thank you for the fix. I didn't even know Rundeck was hosting those pages.
