New tag for the current state #14

Hi, I was just running into issue due to the behaviour of Go Modules. It will grab the latest tag and not the latest commit. So people will run maybe as I into problems that the function iotservice.FromConnectionString() is not defined.

@midnightrun sorry my bad that this happened in a tagged version, added a new one.
