DOC: missing conda installation instructions #17

Problem description:

AMEP can also be installed via conda: https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/amep

This information is missing in the README.md file and in the documentation.

Suggested content improvement:

Add instructions for how to install AMEP via conda in the README file and the installation instructions in the documentation.

The conda installation instructions are added to the README file and the documentation. The changes will be included in patch release v1.0.1.
