No duration of movie in Nautilus or VLC

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. record with FreetuxTV
2. display properties of the record file in Nautilus
3. you will see that the movie has a duration of 0s (look at the attachment)

The same phenomen append in VLC.

What is the expected output? 
=> real duration of the record is displayed

What do you see instead?
=> 0s
