Date in comment incorrect #7

The date in the comments are showing as January 1 1970 and needs to be corrected.

I believe the fix in revision a631d9bfc479ee6a1365 fixed this problem. The array key 5 does not seem to be consistently set even though the version the problem was reported on was the same one this was tested with.

This was changed to use the 'date' key instead and I changed the way the date is parsed.
